There are many issues in this thread that are very interesting
in themselves, but they quickly stray far from the main issues
of ontology.  (02)
One subthread had the prefix "offlist", but it was circulating
in the main forum. I suggest that we drop this thread unless
and until somebody proposes some serious axioms and taxonomies
for ontology.  (03)
