The Indian researchers / scientists shall have to provide prior intimation to the NBA in the prescribed format viz., Form – C for deposition of micro-organisms in other country’s repository for claim of novel species for publication in journals in accordance with the decision taken in the 37th Authority meeting under agenda item 37.14.02.
