[Logic] QRZ database URL change and fix

Well that took all of 60 seconds to fix... Didn't realize the database
commands had a point 'n shoot interface.
Now I've encountered another "problem" I would like to toss out to the
community...
I've noticed that with some fonts... The data doesn't fit in the text
boxes...
The bold fonts in the "Info" window, for example... Don't look very good
under XP with font-smoothing enabled...
Dennis suggested I turn off the "bold" attribute for the font, which
does alleviate the problem, but now some of the data is truncated in the
data text boxes... (sunrise/sunset for example). I've noticed this poor
fit with other windows also if anything other than the "default" font is
used. Is there a fix? I hope so, as this particular bug is quite
irritating in an otherwise very nice log program.

I know absolutely nothing about dbf databases. I looked in the help file
& was able to figure it out. Had you not indicated which file to go to I
would be waiting for the next update.
