[Logic] DXCC Prefixes in LOGic 6

In case it was misunderstood, I copied over to LOGic 6 the four prefix files
from LOGic 5 without any difficulty or errors, after seeing the rejects,
such as VU not in DXCC list and VP6 not in DXCC list in LOGic 6, etc.
Having, like you, spent a lot of time getting the prefix table in LOGic 5
updated, I wasn't too interested in having to do it all over again. Now, I
will input your 23 'Political' field entries and have it done. I have used
the Web Callbook for US calls without any problems so far, without these
entries.
