[Logic] DXCC Prefixes in LOGic 6

Carl, I was able to copy the prefixes for List of Valid Values without 
difficulty, However, that is not what affects the "Political entity" entry.
The prefix information in the "Prefix table" is what is affected. Whenever I 
copy prefix files from the "Data" folder I receive error messages for missing 
information. My Prefix Table in Logic 5 was more up to date than Logic 6, 
i.e. Chesterfield Is., Pitcairn Is, and Hong Kong prefixes.
I spent a lot of time updating the prefix table to the latest DXCC list from 
ARRL.
