Vladimir Putin signed Federal Law on Ratifying the Protocol on Amending the Russian-Vietnamese Intergovernmental Agreement between the Government of the Russian Federation and the Government of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam on Long-Term Cooperation in the Sphere of Geological Prospecting, Oil and Gas Production on the Territory of the Russian Federation within the Framework of the Joint Company RUSVIETPERRO, dated April 20, 2016.
The Protocol was signed in Moscow on May 10, 2025.
The Protocol aims to create the most favourable conditions for the work of the Joint Company RUSVIETPERRO on the territory of the Russian Federation and the long-term development of its production and economic potential.
