The Government of the Russian Federation has been instructed to ensure a monthly payment of 65,000 rubles from the federal budget to citizens who have lost their housing and other property as a result of the Ukrainian armed forces’ actions in the Kursk Region until the full liberation of the said territory.
Also, instructions to the Government concern medical examinations and the provision of federal budget subsidies to the Russian Post joint-stock company for the delivery of socially significant federal and regional print periodicals, starting in 2025.
The Government of the Russian Federation and the State Council Commission on Long and Active Life are to prepare proposals for enhancing employers’ discipline in ensuring that the legally required guarantees to employees during medical examinations are assured.
The Government of the Russian Federation together with regional executive authorities have been instructed to take measures to raise public awareness of the importance of medical examinations and their role in protecting health and increasing life expectancy.
The Government of the Russian Federation and the executive authorities of the Kursk Region are to ensure the drafting and implementation of a programme for rebuilding infrastructure facilities in the Kursk Region.
Separate recommendations related to medical examinations have been issued to executive authorities of Russia’s constituent entities and the Russian Popular Front.
