BSU Students Visit Institute of Physics
An informational tour to the Institute of Physics of the Ministry of Science and Education was organized for Baku State University (BSU) students, initiated by the Career and Alumni Center.
The primary goal of the tour was to introduce students to the institute’s laboratories, provide them with an in-depth understanding of the scientific environment, and offer practical advice to support their future research endeavors.
During the tour, Rahim Alekperov, head of the Laboratory of Physics and Electronics of Non-Crystalline Semiconductors, and Firuza Jafarova, a staff member of the Laboratory of Physics and High Voltage Engineering, guided the students through ongoing research projects. They also discussed the modern technologies and innovative approaches used at the institute. Additionally, students were briefed on the safety regulations in the laboratories, with time allotted for a Q&A session.
