Test release of Netmulticore

Who wants to check out Netmulticore can do this now: There is a test
release of Ocamlnet containing Netmulticore. There is also a new
extensive tutorial explaining all in detail.
The Ocamlnet release (3.3.0test1) can be downloaded from the
project page.
The reference manual contains the tutorial.
