I love Go Dairy Free. There are great recipes with simple ingredients. Our almost 3-year-old daughter has a milk allergy, and I've checked this cookbook out from the library. It would be great to get our own copy.

Thanks for the Giveaway!

I would love to have the America's Test Kitchen baking book. I used to love watching that show on PBS and so I know that their recipes are fail-proof.

I'd wanna win Go Dairy Free. Me and my kids have milk allergies, and making dairy free meals is important to us. I made a few dairy free recipes, and some of the meals end up taking very bland, so I'd like to try making delicious + dairy free foods =)

I would LOVE to win the Go Dairy Free Cookbook. It's one I don't have yet. My daughter is severely allergic to milk, so I am always looking for yummy, new recipes to try for the family. I also have to say that I own Vegan Cupcakes Take Over the World and have to agree that it is amazing. I have other cookbooks by these authors and would highly recommend them all. Thanks for the giveaway. I hope I win!!!!!!!

Go Dairy Free would be a great addition to my meager cookbook collection! I am a vegetarian with a nasty milk allergy and I like that this book focuses on a wider array of vegan and milk-free recipes, not just baking- especially in the summer months, who wants to worry about turning on the oven in this heat? It's best to have options :)

I have primarily looked to the internet to find tips on cooking dishes that suit my diet, but I would love something handy like this to flip to while I'm actually in this kitchen...and I would also love to find new recipes to try out, as I'm big on photographing my vegan cooking adventures and posting them on the web!

I absolutely would LOVE to win the Go Dairy Free cookbook! I'm obsessed with their website and have used it constantly since I recently discovered my milk allergy. It has been such a hard transition from eating dairy all the time (and being very sick) to eating none at all. I'm trying to learn how to make delicious, creative meals without dairy but I usually just end up eating cereal for dinner (with soy or almond milk, of course).

I'm so glad I found your blog too - now I have another resource!

I would enjoy the book allergy free desserts, titled Allergy Free Desserts. I have severe lactose intolerance and I am a sweets fanatic. My coworkers are always bringing in desserts and trays of sweets that I am never able to enjoy. They understand my body's issue with milk products and wish that I could be included in the tasting time. With a cook book focused on desserts and designed for bwginners, I would be able to bring some fun to the table and possibly show them some new cooking ideas. I've become very adapted to every meal except dessert, so I often just opt for some fruit or a hard candy. I'm in my early twenties and remember all the wonderful tastes of childhood visits to Nana's house, I hope I will soon be able to enjoy those treats again.:)

I would love to win Allergy Free Desserts cookbook since my five year old son is allergic to peanuts, dairy, soy, and eggs. He is very limited to how many treats he can have that are safe for him (4 to be exact that I know of). My son would not be able to eat cakes, cookies, or ice cream served at most or all birthday or school parties. My husband and I have learned that we need to make things from scratch so our son can be safe. He is getting older and I want him to have as normal of a life as anyone else's child(ren). He would be so happy to have his first safe birthday cake.

I would LOVE LOVE LOVE to have the Sophie Safe Cooking to add to my collection.
My 4 year old son is dairy, soy, and gluten free. It's very very hard to find things for him. We love to bake together, finding recipes that he can help make and bake and then be able to eat.

This would be a great win!

Thank you for this wonderful offer.

What a fun giveaway! Thanks! I would like "Bake Deliciously!" Before I had to go gluten, dairy, and soy free, I baked a lot. I loved giving batches of cookies and beautifully decorated cakes to friends. Most of the gf, df, and sf baked goods I make now I would eat myself but wouldn't give to friends. I'm relearning how to bake. It's an interesting, creative, and inspiring journey learning what flours can be used in what ways. Any book that will give me more ideas and tips for navigating this new way of baking is welcome!

I would love to win Go Dairy Free since I think I have a dairy sensitivity and I only have a few dairy free recipes we really enjoy. It would be great to have more variety, especially at family gatherings, there are way too many dairy foods and I love bringing healthy and tasty dishes.

Three days ago our two year old was diagnosed with Celiac and with casein allergy. Because I have been Gfree for a few months I am pretty good on that, but have been completely overwhelmed trying to do gluten and dairy free shopping and cooking. We Could really use any of the cookbooks listed, but Go Dairy Free sounds excellent for our needs!

I would love Vegan Cupcakes Takes Over the World or Bake Deliciously! Gluten and Dairy Free Cookbook for 2 reasons. My mom has cancer (off and on for 14 years) and the doctors said she needs to eat a gluten free, vegan diet. My husband and I are also changing our diet (I have a small dairy allergy which I have always tolerated). Also, I work at a preschool and there are so many children there who have gluten (and dairy) allergies. I would love to provide treats that they can eat too while inspiring the preschool parents that they can eat healthier and not sacrifice great taste. Thanks!
