Radio Operator's License, Revocation of License and Suspension of License
- Delivery of License
- When an application for license does not fall under any condition for disqualification, a license is granted and delivered for the application.
- The license is valid for life.
- Reasons for disqualification
- Those for whom less than two years has elapsed since their completion of a sentence executed due to a breach of the Radio Law
- Those for whom less than two years has elapsed since the revocation of their licenses due to a breach of the Radio Law and/or unlawful acquisition of the license
- Those unsuited as radio operators due to serious functional incompetence
- Revocation of license and suspension of license
- When any of the following circumstances applies to a radio operator, the Minister for Internal Affairs and Communications may invalidate his/her license or suspend his/her license to perform radio operation for a period of up to three months:
- * When he/she is in breach of any provisions of the Radio Law and/or any disposition within the provisions of the Radio Law
- * When he/she has obtained his/her license through unlawful means
- * When he/she falls under "persons unsuited to be a radio operator" due to serious functional incompetence.

- When any of the following circumstances applies to a radio operator, the Minister for Internal Affairs and Communications may invalidate his/her license or suspend his/her license to perform radio operation for a period of up to three months:
