Below are our guidelines for using any of our trademarks or logos.

Brand attribution is required in every location where Rotten Tomatoes content is displayed. Please contact us via the Business Proposal Form for the latest Brand Guidelines. A registered trademark is required ®.
Rotten Tomatoes scores and reviews must link back to the corresponding movie pages on https://www.rottentomatoes.com.
The Fresh Tomato or Hot Popcorn Logo may only be displayed in connection with a film or television show if it received a score of 60% or higher. When using either logo, please display it to the left of the title's score.
The Rotten Splat or Stale Popcorn Logo may only be displayed in connection with a film or television show if it received a score of 59% or lower. When using either logo, please display it to the left of the title's score.
The Fresh Tomato, Rotten Splat, Hot Popcorn, and Stale Popcorn Logos cannot be altered without prior written permission.
Certified Fresh™ Logo
Rotten Tomatoes awards the Certified Fresh™ accolade to films and TV programs that have a Tomatometer® of 75% or higher after a set number of reviews (80 for films in wide release, 40 for films in limited release, 20 for TV shows), including 5 reviews from Top Critics. A film remains Certified Fresh unless its Tomatometer falls below 70%. Reserved for the best reviewed films, the Certified Fresh accolade constitutes a seal of approval, synonymous with quality.
Rotten Tomatoes encourages use of the Certified Fresh accolade for editorial and marketing purposes provided the following requirements are met (in addition to our general use guidelines):
- The Certified Fresh Logo may only be used in connection with films that Rotten Tomatoes has designated as Certified Fresh.
- The Certified Fresh Logo cannot be altered without prior written permission.

Verified Hot Logo
Rotten Tomatoes awards the Verified Hot accolade to films that have a Verified Popcornmeter™ of 90% or higher after a set number of ratings (500 for films in wide release, 250 for films in limited release). A film remains Verified Hot unless its Popcornmeter falls below 80%. Verified Hot is an elevated designation for the Popcornmeter, honoring the highest verified reviewed theatrical films on the Popcornmeter.
Rotten Tomatoes encourages use of the Verified Hot accolade for editorial and marketing purposes provided the following requirements are met (in addition to our general use guidelines):
- The Verified Hot Logo may only be used in connection with films that Rotten Tomatoes has designated as Verified Hot.
- The Verified Hot Logo cannot be altered without prior written permission.
