realpath_cache_get — Recupera las entradas del caché realpath
Esta función no contiene ningún parámetro.
Devuelve un array de entradas del caché realpath. Las claves son los caminos originales y los valores son arrays de datos que contienen el camino resuelto, la fecha de expiración y otros parámetros guardados en caché.

Note that the realpath cache is not used if either safe_mode is on or an open_basedir restriction is in effect.
This is having a huge performance effect, causing lots of calls to lstat.
