Core Developers
- Thomas Seifert — Thomas joined the team in July of 2001 after being a user for more than a year. He started MyPhorum.de / MySnip.de around this time which is a forum hosting service based on Phorum. He needed deeper knowledge of Phorum's core and feature enhancements which he wanted to give back to the community.
- Maurice Makaay — Maurice started using Phorum 3 back in 1999 for his Dutch guitarists web site. After the number of hacks in the Phorum 3 code had grown exponentially over the years, he touched Phorum 5 for the first time in 2005. First Phorum's module system and later (september 2005) the Phorum team grabbed him. Neither has let go since.
- Brian Moon — Brian is the founder of Phorum. He is no longer active on the project. He started Phorum in 1998 for dealnews.com where he is the lead web engineer.
