Performance of a contract with you: We may process your personal information because it is necessary for the performance of a contract with you or in order to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract.
Legitimate interests: We may process your personal information because it is necessary for our or a third party's legitimate interests. Our "legitimate interests" include our commercial interests in operating the business of the Pace Group in accordance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements, provided that, objectively, there is no unjustified impact on your privacy rights.
Compliance with a legal obligation: We may process your personal information to comply with our legal obligations, including our "know our client" obligations, anti-money laundering checks and tax reporting.

We also collect, use and share "Aggregated Data" such as statistical or demographic data for any purpose. Aggregated Data could be derived from your personal information but is not considered personal data in law as this data will not directly or indirectly reveal your identity. For example, we may aggregate your personal information about your visits to our website to calculate the percentage of users accessing a specific website feature. However, if we combine or connect Aggregated Data with your personal information so that it can directly or indirectly identify you, we treat the combined data as personal data which will be used in accordance with this privacy policy.
We do not collect any "Special Categories" of personal information about you (this includes details about your race or ethnicity, religious or philosophical beliefs, sex life, sexual orientation, political opinions, trade union membership, information about your health, and genetic and biometric data). Nor do we collect any information about criminal convictions and offences.
