Q33. Models for calibratable services / How to obtain the certificates

We are using a PG-100B. Do you provide calibration services for it?
We issue a calibration certificate, a traceability system diagram, and a shipment inspection report (at cost) for each product. We provide calibration services for the following pressure gauges: PG-100, PG-100N, PG-100B, PG-200, and PG-208 Series. For the delivery date and price, check with our sales office, authorized distributor, or sales agent in your area.

Q34. Investigation of faults / Repair / Replacement

After power-on, the PG-100 reads "-1." The reading remains unchanged even under pressure. Do you have any idea what causes this? Can this be fixed?
The most likely cause is a broken sensor chip. The sensor module must be replaced. We also offer other repair services, including PCB replacement, circuit parts replacement, inspection, casing replacement, and battery replacement (at cost). For the delivery date and price, check with our sales office, authorized distributor, or sales agent in your area.
