- On the day of concerts we host, N-Kyo Guide will be open, regardless of the day of the week, from 10:00 a.m. to the curtain time of the concert.
- When the first day of sales falls on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays, N-Kyo Guide will be open from 10:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m.
- Ticket booking at N-Kyo Guide can be made until one business day prior to the concert date.
