Registration -Adult Guardianship Registration-

Registration consists of: (1) Real Property Registration, which publicly records the actual condition of property and the rights involved; (2) Commercial and Corporation Registration, which publicly records the existence and status of companies and corporations; (3) Registration of Assignment of Claims, which creates a public record of the perfection of assigned claims conducted by juridical persons; (4) Registration of Assignment of Movables, which serves as public notice of the assignment of movables conducted by juridical persons; and (5) Adult Guardian Registration, which serves as public notice of civil guardianships, curatorships and assistance.
