*As for the certificates for Certification Courses (teaching, social education advisor, curator, librarian, and teacher-librarian), only teaching certificate of expected acquisition for undergraduate students can be issued by online application (Off Campus Issuance Service). Other certificates for Certification Courses (both for undergraduate and graduate students) are not available through online application (Off Campus Issuance Service).
