The Zamenhof input system uses the digraphs from the h-system, e.g. Hh -> Ĥ but instead of using Uh for Ŭ it uses an A or an E followed by a U to create an AŬ or EŬ.
The first column is the character you will get in caps and the other columns say how to type it in caps or without caps.
| circumflex letter | digraph

|---|---|---|---|
| Ĉ | Ch | CH | ch |
| Ĝ | Gh | GH | gh |
| Ĥ | Hh | HH | hh |
| Ĵ | Jh | JH | jh |
| Ŝ | Sh | SH | sh |
| AŬ | Au | AU | au |
| EŬ | Eu | EU | eu |
If you want to type just SH in this system, you should use SHH. E.g. chh -> ch, Ghh -> Gh and SHH -> SH.
