Extension talk:HAWelcome/Flow

I'm a bit confused. The guide says "HAWelcome adds two new configuration messages". But where are they? How can I configure them?

Long time since you asked, but in case someone else looks:

"Configuration messages" are refering to what mediawiki calls "Interface Messages." Essentially they are pages that usually are used to control what is displayed on a page. They are stored within the MediaWiki namespace so if you wanted to access the welcome-enabled configuration you'd go to the `MediaWiki:Welcome-enabled` page.

It should be added that it's in conflict with the "flow" extension.
