Clog

Clog is a hairy creature living in Mario Brothers Plumbing during a few episodes of The Super Mario Bros. Super Show! . It acts as an enemy to the brothers by clogging up pipes (which is where it gets its name) in the Mario Brothers Plumbing building, though it is also implied to be a pet of sorts. It has limes for eyes and is a mess of brown, shaggy hair. In the episode "Toupee", it is shown that Clog has the ability to grow back lost hair, as shown with Inspector Klean.

The inanimate clog that mutates into a monster in the episode "The Marios Fight Back" resembles Clog.

Appearances[edit ]

• In "Wild Thing," two Clog-like creatures that may be other members of its species can be seen dancing on the refrigerator, though no attention is called to them in the episode.
• In "Fake Bro," when Luigi is about to give Mario a rag at the beginning of the episode, Luigi mistakes Clog for one and briefly apologizes to it as Clog runs off shortly afterwards.
• In "Tutti Frutti, Oh Mario," Luigi thinks that Clog was making a noise, so he covers a bucket over Clog temporarily.
• In "Toupee," Mario and Luigi attempt to hide Clog underneath a bucket from Inspector Klean, but fail. Later, it jumps onto Inspector Klean's head and, after Mario and Luigi try and fail to get him off, jumps off and makes Inspector Klean's hair grow back.
