Cage Beasts[1] are enemies in Wario World . They are encountered in Wonky Circus only. These caged lion-like monsters crammed into cages, but are too big to fit into them properly. While they are dormant, they are completely invulnerable to damage. When awakened, a Cage Beast begins by sticking their large arms out of their cages and swiping at Wario. After they take a few hits, they become angry, making them break their legs through the bottom of their cage and walk around. Wario must then stun the Cage Beast with more attacks and use a Mad Move on it to finish it off.
