Eligibility to rent a home:
- Must be a First Nation member residing in Thompson
- Must have a completed application and placed on the waiting list:
- Tenants are responsible for Hydro and Utilities
- Core need -affordabily and/or a suitability Income Threshold
- Basic rent is calculated at 30% monthy income household

- Qualified tenants will fit into EIA/RGI/Affordable & Market Rents depending on household size and monthly income.
- KHAI are responsible for Hydro and Utilities.
