This page seeks to help you navigate through the Real Estate Royale.
In Chapter 5, you are introduced to Kiryu's side business: The Real Estate Royale. Here, Kiryu attempts to take back the city's properties from the Five Billionaires.
To progress the story, you will buy properties belonging to the billionaires. As you buy properties, you have the ability to manage them. You can do this from the Sugita Building.
Areas
Collecting Money
As time passes, you can return to the Sugita Building to collect the earnings from your properties. In between collections, you have the opportunity to change staff and improve properties. Change your staff to better increase the profits and security of your regions.
Employees
There are three types of employees you will work with in this business: Advisors, Security Staff, and Managers.
Advisors
Good advisors are critical to growing your business. Use them in between collections to invest in your properties. Doing so increases their rank, therefore upping your returns. Each advisor has different levels of adeptness in the categories: Restaurants, Retail, Entertainment, Pleasure, and Commercial. The levels of proficiency rank include double circle, circle, triangle, and cross. An advisor with a Double circle sees great returns from investing. An advisor with a cross sees little to no returns from investing.
Where to Find Them
Security Staff
Good members of your Security Staff will keep you out of trouble from the Five Billionaires. If you have a lower level security staff member assigned to an area, you will be vulnerable to attacks.
At certain points, you areas can become 'In Trouble'. Then, you will need to go to the indicated area on the map to fend off lackeys from the Five Billionaires who are causing trouble to your business. These events are much more likely to occur when you have a low level security staff assigned to an area.
Where to Find Them
Managers
Good managers help earn the most out of your properties. Every manager has a Financial Savvy and an Economic Influence.
Financial Savvy:At certain points in your collections, the respective King of that area might engage you in a Money Battle. Here, you must simply throw money at the King to fend them off. If your Advisor's meter drops down a star and the battle ends, their overall Financial Savvy will lower. Be sure and have a decent amount of money before collecting on your properties.
Economic Influence:This is a bit different. A manager's Economic Influence fluctuates much more frequently. Each day you collect on a property, the meter will shift one to the left. In other words, if you use a manager too much, their overall yield on an area will diminish. You need to rotate through your managers to maximize your overall earnings.
