Go the Maharaja Sotenbori. Head to the back to talk to Isobe. She urges you to dance battle with an elderly man who is too shy to give his name, who is second only to her in the hierarchy of Maharaja's dancers. You can choose any difficulty you want. You can also continue to retry if you lose. After you win, the substory will be complete.
