3 Shoulder Phone Save Point
Use the payphone at Sotenbori Street West to begin this substory. Here, a man talks to you about his bag phone. He extends an offer for you to use this phone. Unfortunately, you will need to get a battery for it to start working. You can swing by Don Quijote to get the battery. Then, return to the phone boy. Here, he tells you his shoulder is in great pain because of the bag phone. Now, you must bring him a health item. Any item that offers healing will work.
Just then, some thugs come by and harass the phone boy. Defeat these punks. Then, go to the M Store Shofukucho. Enter and exit the store and you will see the phone boy outside. Finally, the phone works. From now on, you can use this guy like a normal phone booth to save your progress.
