Introduction

Welcome to IGN's complete guide to Wave Race: Blue Storm, the hot sequel to the Nintendo 64 classic Wave Race 64. Though Blue Storm was not coded by Nintendo's internal EAD development team, the game's US developer NST has done a great job bringing the wet racing fun to the GameCube. But don't mistake Blue Storm for a carbon copy of its predecessor. The controls are much deeper (and much more complex), and the new trick/boost system opens the door for all new strategies and shortcuts.
