Paramount+ is a streaming subscription service owned by Paramount Skydance. It first launched in the U.S. on March 4, 2021 as a rebrand of CBS All Access. According to the most recent earnings call, Paramount+ currently has 79.1 million subscribers to its service.
How Much Does Paramount+ Cost?
Paramount+ currently offers two different subscription tiers with monthly and annual pricing. There is also a bundle available with Walmart+ or a Prime Video subscription. Paramount+ increased its subscription prices on January 15, 2026, which is reflected below.

Currently the only way to bundle Paramount+ with other services for additional savings is to pick up a Walmart+ membership, which includes access to an Essential plan. You can also choose the Paramount+ Prime Video add-on to bundle it with your existing Amazon Prime subscription, but there isn't any sort of discount. Both of these options are currently the only way to access a Paramount+ free trial in 2026.
The Paramount+ Library
Paramount+ adds new content to it's streaming service throughout the year. Since it's owned by Paramount Pictures, it gets first streaming rights to popular movie franchises like Mission Impossible and Sonic the Hedgehog. The service also includes CBS, BET, Comedy Central, MTV, and Nickelodeon content. You can also access the full Showtime library if you have a premium subscription.
Some of the most notable offerings on Paramount+ are its original content. This includes the entirety of the Star Trek franchise, and the most recent premiere of Star Trek: Star Fleet Academy is continuing to grow that list. Other really popular shows included are the Yellowstone prequels, Tulsa King, Mayor of Kingstown, and Halo.
In addition to original content, Paramount+ is now the home of UFC fights. These fights were previously only available as PPV on ESPN+ (now ESPN Unlimited), so this is a significant change in 2026.
New on Paramount+ for April 2026
UFC 327: Procházka vs. Ulberg is streaming on Paramount+ on April 11. On the movie front, Paramount+ is getting all of Paranormal Activity movies as well as the Jackass movies and Denis Villeneuve's Arrival. As for TV, the service will continue to get new episodes from the Yellowstone spin-off, Marshalls. For the kids, there's a new PAW Patrol special.
