Raven

Raven is Kat's oppostie. She is one the most important character's in the story, yet one of the most mysterious. She is the sister of the child village chief Zaza, and has a crow-like guardian similar to dusty. Raven starts out hating Kat but later begins to accept that they have to work together in order to defeat the Nevi. Raven seems to be a bit older and more mature than Kat, but is still like her. Raven appears throughout the story during many of the missions involving the Rift Plains.
