Making Music is the fourth Friendship Quest for Stitch in Disney Dreamlight Valley. This quest will have you tasked with helping Stitch put together the perfect band, sourcing musical equipment, creating a band image, and more.

How to Start Making Music

To start Making Music, you'll need to first obtain level 10 friendship with Stitch.

Now, if you're looking to start the quest immediately after finishing Stitch's Hobby, we, unfortunately, have some bad news, as you'll need to wait at least 12-24 hours before the quest will become available.

Find a Villager Who Plays the Perfect Instrument to Accompany Stitch

Upon speaking with Stitch and starting the quest, you'll be tasked with finding a villager who plays the perfect instrument to accompany Stitch.

The villager you're looking for is Kristoff, who plays the Lute.

Ask Scrooge McDuck for Some Musical Equipment

After speaking with Kristoff, it's time to talk to Scrooge McDuck, who will loan some musical equipment once you've created a band image that you can sell.

Craft the Photo Backdrop

To do this, you'll want to take some photos, but you'll first need to craft the Photo Backdrop, which will require the following materials:

• x20 Hardwood
  • Hardwood is found in the Forest of Valor, Glade of Trust, Sunlit Plateau, Frosted Heights
• x10 Glass
  • One piece of Glass requires x5 Sand and x1 Coal Ore.
• x10 Fabric
  • One piece of Fabric requires x5 Cotton.
• x9 Tinkering Parts
  • 3 Tinkering parts require 2 Iron Ingots.

Once you've gathered the required materials, craft the Photo Backdrop. Upon crafting the backdrop, give the item to Scrooge McDuck and proceed to speak with Stitch.

Take 3 Pictures of Stitch Against the Photo Backdrop

After speaking with Stitch, make your way to the third floor of the Dream Castle, where you'll find the Photo Backdrop that Scrooge McDuck has set up.

Once here, snap three pictures of Stitch against the backdrop - you'll want to get up nice and close to Stitch to avoid him moving off the dropback location.

After capturing the photos, speak with Scrooge, and he'll explain that it'll take him at least a day to get all the band equipment set up. So, you'll need to wait until tomorrow to continue the quest.

Talk to Stitch and Set Up the Band Equipment

Once a day has passed, talk to Stitch and help him select a band name. With the name chosen, head over and speak with Scrooge McDuck to gather all the band equipment.

Now that you've got all the equipment sorted make your way to Dazzle Beach and place down the equipment - this will trigger a small cutscene and photo opportunity.

After the band has performed, speak with Stitch to conclude the quest.
