IGN's Astral Chain guide has collectible locations for every hidden item in Astral Chain.
Each level in Astral Chain will include a hidden cat and a hidden toilet. You can revisit levels from the PC in the command center if you miss one one your first playthrough. In fact, some items cannot be acquired on the first playthrough anyway, so don't worry about them until you have all the power-ups you'll need.
