Achievements and Trophy Guide
Abiotic Factor has a total of 53 Achievements on PC and Xbox and 54 Trophies on PlayStation, because of the additional Platinum Trophy. That's an enormous number of achievements, but thankfully, quite a few of them will be unlocked by following the main path and progressing through the story. That being said, there are plenty of secrets to uncover in the GATE Cascade Research Facility, meaning there are trophies and achievements related to collecting attire, visiting portal worlds, and even neglecting your character. In this guide, you'll find a list of all the Achievements Trophies in Abiotic Factor, with a handy checklist to help you keep tabs on the ones you've unlocked.
Abiotic Factor Trophy and Achievements Guide
All 53 of the Achievements and 54 of the Trophies can be achieved whether playing Single Player or Online Co-Operative mode. On Xbox, the total of the achievements will give 1,000 Gamescore points. On PlayStation, you'll earn 1 Platinum, 1 Gold, 12 Silver, and 40 Bronze Trophies.
Guide in Progress=
While some of the trophies are self-explanatory or part of the story progression, some trophies require a little more work. We're updating this page to explain how to get those harder trophies, so check back later for more information.| All Trophies and Achievements in Abiotic Factor | ||||

Kitted Out
When you open your inventory, you'll see slots for your player that include:
- A Wristwatch
- Your Pager
- Hacking Device
- Headlamp
- Head Armor
- Arm Armor
- Chest Armor
- Leg Armor
- Off-Hand Armament
- 2x Trinket Slots
- Full Body Suit
Despite the description saying that you need to equip an item in every available slot at the same time, I managed to get this achievement without having full armor.
You'll start with your Wristwatch and Pager already equipped, but I had the following slots filled when the achievement unlocked:
- Headlamp
- Head Armor
- Arm Armor
- Chest Armor
- Off-Hand Armament (Shield)
- 1 Trinket
- Full Body Suit

Accidents Happen
Surviving in the GATE Cascade Research Facility doesn't just mean making sure your character eats, drinks, and sleeps. There's also the added element of needing to take your character to the toilet when they get the urge to go. When it's time for your character to relieve themselves, they'll let you know.
However, if you want to pop this trophy, you need to ignore them. The urge will get more desperate, and you'll soon see a 60-second warning saying "you really need to find a toilet." Continue to ignore it, and your character will have no choice but to soil themselves. Just be sure to find a water source soon after to clean them; otherwise, you'll have a green mist and flies following you around the facility. Not only does that make you stinky, but it also attracts unwanted attention.
Coffee in the Coffee Hole
The first time you experience the blackout in the evening, you'll probably have a little jumpscare like I did, where a co-worker is crawling around on all fours. If you don't see him, you'll certainly hear him, as he mutters jokes about work.
But he can also say a strange phrase about putting the coffee in the coffee hole, and if he gets close to you, there's a prompt to feed him. To unlock this trophy, find your nearest coffee machine, get a nice, hot coffee, and put the coffee in the coffee hole. And by that, I mean, feed the co-worker the coffee.
