Somehow improved graphically over the PS4 version and I even enjoyed the story more this 2nd time. Such a great game and completely engrossing

Definitely worth a play through and fun puzzler. However, I’m not finding the longevity to come back to this game. There are plenty of secrets to find I’m sure but I don’t see a reason to go back again. Also, the map was difficult to use for the basics especially given how often you die or need to go to another area to find that one thing you need to get to. Otherwise, fun game and great puzzles to solve.

This is easily one of the most annoying Mario games I’ve ever played. The mechanics are just garbage and while it has some challenge, the quality is not up to Nintendo standards. Disappointing

Incredible story and told to perfection. The perfect short 3-4 hour experience you could ever ask for in a game. And the soundtrack = chefs kiss!

Unbelievable puzzle game and Metroid-vania. They put a lot of thought and care into level design, making it just hard enough to have to repeat parts continuously but never getting frustrated. Really nailed the combat as well.

Absolutely a phenomenal experience from beginning to end. Halfway through 2026 and this is my game of the year! Story was awesome and truly felt like you were playing an extra long Bond movie with very little filler. Great balance of action and stealth

Story is very cool and also quite nightmarish! Definitely a little scary. The co-op elements are just okay and the combat (lack there of) is not great. Hard to know which way you’re pointing sometimes! And sometimes you’re standing right next to a white dot objective, and can’t hit Y to get it to go. Very annoying!

Can see why this was such a cult classic! Makes me excited to see what happens with #2. Great game and cool plot, very fun characters!
