Mass Effect Legendary Edition Review Part 1: Mass Effect
great
The Mass Effect: Legendary Edition's first chapter removes many – but not all – of the caveats from my strong recommendation to revisit BioWare's epic sci-fi RPG from the beginning (or to play it for the first time).

The Best Steam Deck GamesJun 1, 2022 - The Steam Deck is a powerful little handheld capable of playing a lot of amazing games. OK, well it's not that little, but it makes up for its bulky size with sheer power and Steam's seemingly endless library of software. For our Top 10 Steam Deck Games list, we wanted to set up a few parameters for our recommendations, including the kind of games it's capable of running, how well it runs them, and portability.
There are a few caveats, of course. Some of these games, such as anything from EA will require an online sign-in from their Origin platform. Or other games might need some graphic settings tweaked to get running just right!

Xbox Game Pass Ultimate Gets a Big Surprise Addition This Month - IGN Daily FixJan 5, 2022 - Today on IGN The Fix: Games, Xbox Game Pass is getting another stellar lineup of games in January of 2022, including a big headliner, Mass Effect Legendary Edition. Bioware's critically acclaimed space-opera will be available for console and PC users as part of EA Play, which is included alongside Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, or PC Game Pass memberships. Other games hitting the subscription service this January include Outer Wilds, Spelunky 2, The Pedestrian, and more. While this won't be everything coming to Game Pass in January, as Xbox tends to announce a second wave of games in the latter parts of every month, this is certainly a decent start to the year.A deleted mid-credits cutscene for Halo Infinite has seemingly been unearthed by dataminers - and fans are trying to work out what it could mean for the future of the story (if anything). As shared on YouTube, Gamecheat13 posted the cutscene, which was seemingly meant to play out after the end of the game's single-player campaign, but before the post-credits scene that made it into the final version. In what might be one of the most amusing "I got a new job" posts ever, Halo Infinite lead narrative designer Aaron Linde has announced that he's leaving 343 Industries and joining Riot Games. Linde announced the news via Twitter, in a tongue-in-cheek video riffing on the "on the next episode" bookends of Neon Genesis Evangelion.
