Chairman Prescott: A character seen throughout the original Gears of War trilogy and extended universe. He serves as the chairman of the Coalition of Ordered Governments, effectively making him the highest-ranking surviving human. He himself served as a Gear soldier, but never saw combat thanks to his family's political connections. Prescott commands Gabe Diaz to hunt down and eliminate Ukkon, setting into motion the story of Gears Tactics.
