If you have a group of people you like hanging out and chatting with, this game is a MUST play. The puzzles scale to the number of players in your party at any given time, so there are benefits to both small and large groups, but most importantly it's just A BLAST to figure out fun new ways to communicate and think creatively together. Everyone plays a part, rather than just one player dominating and everyone else following. We all felt empowered after every puzzle we solved, and there are plenty of lovely areas to just hang out and vibe together.

Big Walk isn't anything like other recent multiplayer co-op games. The main point of the game is to walk around, complete puzzles, and explore the map with friends. That might sound boring at first, but the puzzle design and general intrigue of exploration makes the experience with friends so much more fun. There might be moments where you will be with your group, stumble across a puzzle, then need to work together to find the solution. Maybe a puzzle locks you behind sound-proof glass, so you have to play charades. Maybe you need to press a button on the other side of a valley while one person stays behind to walk through a door. It's simple, creative puzzle-solving that feels INCREDIBLY rewarding to complete. The only critiques I have are: • So far, there isn't any volume sliders in the settings, so the voice volume of your friends might be too quiet, while everything else is too loud. • There isn't any online matchmaking, so if you don't really have any friends you can't play it fully. I understand that's intentional, and part of House House's vision is to let you connect with your already-existing friends. I just think it would be nice to meet new people who have the game as well! Overall, Big Walk is an amazing game that has an interesting premise and a good execution. I can't wait to play more soon!
