Make a Tuition Payment

This form may be used for payments to your account as well as the following types of incidental transactions, which are not charged to cadet accounts:

  • Activities (dances, trips, retreats, clubs, etc.)
  • SAT and ACT tests
  • Transcripts

Please fill out your student's information, the reason for your payment, and the amount you would like to pay.

The cadet number is a 4 or 5-digit number assigned to each student at Fork Union.
Please provide a phone number where we can reach you in case we have any questions about your payment.
