Related to the McGoeys and the Dalys from Farrellton, QC. I am researching both which has led me from Ireland to Canada, the USA and Australia as well as a few other countries.
Have discovered that I am related to my different versions of Dalys such as Daley, Daily & Dailey that are all distant relatives of mine on my mom's side. On my dad's side, there are different pronunciations of our Family name such as Mc-Go-ee but some pronounce it as Ma-gooey. Have also found our family name spelled as McGeoy in Pennsylvania, USA!!
Have used Find a Grave to find many relatives that I didn't know existed or that some living ones were related to me!!
