The funeral for LoLa Kelley, 98 of Watonga, will be 10 a.m. Friday at United Methodist Church, Watonga, OK. Burial will be in I.O.O.F. Cemetery, Watonga. Arrangements are by Wilkinson Mortuary, Watonga, OK.
She was born March 1, 1909, in Hitchcock, OK to Henry and Mattie Driever and died Saturday, April 28, 2007, in Brighton, Colo.
She was raised in Hitchcock and moved to Watonga following graduation.
She married Ivan Kelley in 1928. They established an accounting business in Watonga, working there until retirement. He died in 1987.
She volunteered for many groups and clubs at her church and was a member of Watonga Chapter of Eastern Star and mother adviser of Rainbow Girls. She also served on the Watonga Library board for 24 years.
Surviving are three grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
In addition to her husband, Ivan, she was preceded in death by one son, six brothers and three sisters.
