Martin B. Good donated the land for a Mennonite Church and cemetery. St. Paul's Lutheran Church is located kiddie corner from the cemetery and the old Mennonite Church was located across the street from St. Paul's and the cemetery; hence the name Holy Corners Cemetery. Martin Good was buried in Holy Corners Cemetery in 1878 and a memorial marker is placed on his gravesite.

The first burial in Holy Corners Cemetery was my Great Great Aunt Helene Schantz in 1866 daughter of Johann Jacob and Magdalena Schantz who helped found and build St. Paul's Lutheran Church. A memorial plaque is located at St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Caledonia.

All of the photos contributed here were taken by my sister Monica and our cousin David who have given permission for them to be placed on the web. Family photos were donated by David as well.

Research was conducted at St. Paul's Lutheran Church from their records, returns to the Secretary of the State of Michigan, as well as previous cemetery transcriptions taken by the Sophie de Marsac Campau Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution on or about 8 July 1926 and another taken by Kenneth Gackler on or about 16 October 2004.
