Faculty & Staff
The ECE Department currently has 180 faculty members. Many of our faculty members have joint appointments or courtesy appointments in other departments, such as Computer Science, Robotics, Materials Science and Engineering, Engineering and Public Policy, and Biomedical Engineering.

ECE has 90 staff members, who fall into the following categories:
- Technical support staff: 52
- Administrative, sponsored, research assistants, course management assistants, and other nontechnical staff: 38
