WARNING: Unless you are required to use this module to maintain UI backwards compatibility, do not install. Core provides an improved UX out of the box!
This module reintroduces two UI elements that existed in core 8.3 but were superseded in 8.4:
- #2753717: Add select field to choose moderation state on entity forms
- #2068063: Change "Save and keep un-/published" buttons to a "Published" checkbox and an included "Save" button
If you require dropbuttons for the node publishing status or content_moderation states, you can:
- Install this module.
- Navigate to the node "manage form display" tab, move the 'status' field into the "hidden" region.
