An elderly car owner is locked in a battle with Belfast City Airport and a private parking company over a 100ドル fine.
June Bowers from Monkstown, Co Antrim, has been hit with a 100ドル fine and, having had two appeals rejected by Sheffield based Vehicle Control Services, is now being threatened with an additional 70ドル levy and possible legal action.
