I really love this name. I'm currently pregnant and thinking I'm going to name my daughter this if I am having a girl. It's very unique which is hugely important to me. My name is Runa and I personally think it’s a really cool name (obviously) I live in Norway where it’s more usual than other countries, but still not very popular. I’ve only ever met one other person with the name. I’m pretty sure it means secret, cause that’s what I’ve heard all through my life, but I recently discovered that it also could mean strength or something, though I don’t really know how reliable that source was.
