This is my PERSONAL opinion - but I definitely prefer just Erika or Erica better. This looks like someone who couldn’t choose between the c and the k so they included both.

Obviously everyone is entitled to their own opinion, but I honestly don't see why so many people are upset about this variation of Ericka. I personally think it ́s a beautiful spelling and I hope my fellow Ericka ́s will wear their name as proudly as I do.

I was named after Susan Lucci's character off of "All My Children": Erica Kane. And I think putting both a 'c' *and* a 'k' in the name loads it with too many letters.

This is the best way to spell this name. As this is my name, I'm so grateful that my mother, worn out after my natural birth [painful labor], "accidentally" spelled my name this way! With just a 'c' or a 'k', ie "Eric-a" or "Erik-a", it sounds plain and barely emasculates "Eric", whereas "Eric-ka" is almost like "Eureka!"

I think the person who wrote the first comment is out of their mind. Ericka is way better than Erica, it adds dimension to the name.
