I like most forms of the name Helen and this one is no exception. I think I slightly prefer Elin over Eline, but Eline is also really beautiful. It's very feminine, has a gentle, youthful sound but at the same time I have no problem seeing it on a mature woman, and it's very international. I suppose it would be easier to pronounce for an English native speaker than Elin, as I have an impression that the latter often causes confusion.
The standard Polish form of this name is Helena, but Eline has nonetheless been in occasional use. As of January 2017, there have been 17 women in Poland with the first name Eline.
