The "infamous bearer" of the name Bryan, Bryan Kohberger, has still not gone to trial, and he has not been proven beyond a shadow of a doubt to be guilty of the crime he’s accused of. Additionally, there’s a lot of reasons they believe he actually had nothing to do with this crime. Anyway, I don’t expect everyone to be a true crime enthusiast that keeps up with every high profile case, but stating it like it’s a fact he did it without a trial and spreading this idea even on a names website, that’s not ok. As for the name Bryan, I actually really like it. I much prefer it to the Brian spelling, it somehow gives off a different aura even if they are pronounced the same :-)

I like this name, especially this version's spelling, and I'll tell you why. Firstly, it's my dad's name (as you can tell, I am biased, haha), secondly, the "Brian" spelling can be easily misspelled as "Brain", and thirdly, the Y in the centered in the middle just really evens it out and looks really cool.

I'm pretty sure that the orginal Celtic name wasn't exactly spelled Bryan, or Brian, and so that leaves a wide variety of spellings. This is my dad's name; I definitely prefer it spelled Bryan, not Brian. I like it, but it's a pretty common name. I think a Bryan would be popular, funny, and intelligent. And it makes me think of gray hair and a big nose, but that's just my dad.
