The Building and Maintenance division is to deliver on the Barbados Community College (BCC)'s strategic and operational objectives and provide a safe, efficient working environment enabling BCC to achieve optimal performance.
The Department’s objective is to ensure that the BCC has a suitable and safe working environment for all students, employees and visitors using the facilities of the Barbados Community College.
The Department’s mandate in relation to energy conservation is to provide utilities and efficient energy management to the College. It manages operational, electrical and mechanical projects and is responsible for the administration of various maintenance contracts.
