Difference between the keyword and identifier:

Keyword Identifier
Keywords are the predefined or reserved words. The reserved unique word contains a special meaning in C++ program. Keyword cannot be used as variable names. Identifier is a name which is used to identify a variable, class, structures, union, function, module and any other user defined item.
Keyword includes letters only. Identifier includes letters, digits, and underscores "_" and it does not start with digits.
All characters of keyword will be in letter. The first character of identifier should be a letter...
